A Slice of Heaven was established 2 years ago by award winning pastry chef Mary Mc Evoy. Mary has over 12 years experience in the catering industry and has worked in a number of top Dublin restaurants. 

 

 

All of a slice of heavens cakes are created to suit the specific tastes and preferences of marys clients and can be as elaborate or simple as the bride wishes.

 

At the moment cupcakes are very popular and they can be made in different flavours and finishes, to coordinate with and complement the wedding.

 

 

I can make sugar flowers and customised figurines, that resemble the bride and groom, adding the perfect personal touch to the celebrations.
